Etsy And Nordstrom Pair Up To Unveil Chic Wedding Collection
Etsy, a website known for practically being the "Ebay" for all things unique, creative, and one-of-a-kind, announced on Monday that Nordstrom would be pairing up with a select six of Etsy's wedding retailers. The 80-piece collection currently includes everything from antique printed silverware, flowery hair wreaths, cake-toppers, mono grammed mirror compacts, to veils, sashes, and even a ring bearer pillow! To top it off, there are even matching fork and spoon sets reading "groom/groom" and "bride/bride" for same-sex couples. Prices are fair, ranging from $14 for a set of "Bride and Groom" toasting charms, to $325 for a rhinestone and lace bridal headpiece.
The Etsy items are currently up and available online and according to Huffington Post, will be sold at Nordstrom trunk shows in select stores across the country starting on June 15 (downtown Seattle; San Francisco Centre; Paramus Park Mall in New Jersey; Tyson's Corner in Virginia and Houston Galleria in Texas).
With this new wedding line, Etsy lovers (especially the ones getting married) won't have to waste time sorting through vendor's channels for the perfect wedding necessity to have to calculate the shipping costs from the random retailer from Alaska or set up a PayPal account. For any vintage-y bride-to-be, who may be too busy to sort through the endless particulars on the site, the Nordstrom collaboration is the perfect option.
A toast to Nordstrom for doing Etsy-worshiping brides everywhere the biggest favor ever!
