Yesterday, Kim and Kanye celebrated their second wedding anniversary. They were in Rome for their special day, and we assume they treated themselves to their absolute favorite indulgence: gelato. This couple literally spends their lives in the public eye, so it's no surprise that, when not eating ice cream, their diet is balanced, healthy, and at times, extreme. We would expect nothing less from these self-obsessed stars.

Kanye and Kim have a personal chef who comes into the Kardashian-West home every morning to make their meals. They entrust almost all their cooking to this chef as that's how to avoid adding anything unhealthy to their meals, which tend to consist of fish or chicken served with vegetables for lunch and dinner.

He's been pictured many times eating his favorite frozen treat, always out of a waffle cone, with a smile on his face. In an attempt to boost his diet, Kanye West kick-started his healthy-eating habits with an intense smoothie cleanse. For five days he worked out every day, only eating three smoothies a day, quickly jumping into the world of clean eating, making his body as pure as possible.

Kim’s Post-Baby Atkins Diet
Kim gained 60 pounds when pregnant with her now 5-month-old baby Saint. She says that during the pregnancy she simply couldn't stop eating, and is now strictly following the low-carb, high-protein Atkins 40 diet to lose every pound that she gained.

Morning Runs
Kim has recently claimed that the first thing she says to Kanye every morning is "Do you want to go for a run?" The couple often jogs together as soon as they wake up for 35 minutes. Afterwards, Kim will spend another 30 minutes in the gym doing toning exercises.
