Eden Grinshpan has quite possibly one of the best jobs in the world. She gets paid to travel around the United States, sampling recommended dishes in her role as presenter of Log On and Eat with Eden Grinshpan on the Cooking Channel.

Raised in Canada, Grinshpan has always been interested in food and is extremely passionate about travel. She attended and graduated from Le Cordon Bleu in London with a "Grande Diplome" in both Pastry and Cuisine. Following graduation, Grinshpan took her love of cooking and travel to India, Israel, and Southeast Asia, learning the culture and cuisines of the countries she explored. While in India, Grinshpan volunteered with a variety of organizations including an orphanage called Ramana's Garden. There, she re-opened a café to raise money and awareness for the orphanage. 

After returning to New York City, Grinshpan completed a management program at The Institute of Culinary Education and worked at the popular vegan bakery Babycakes, where she collaborated with a customer to create her first series Eden Eats. Grinshpan is the co-owner of EthNicitY Productions.
