The Spamerican! Tour Is Coming To A City Near You

On April 15, Food Network chef Sunny Anderson kicked off the Spamamerican! Tour at HipCooks West Los Angeles in Culver City. Guests got an up close and personal chance to cook some of chef Anderson's favorite dishes featuring Spam.  Additionally, chef Katie Chin was on hand to demonstrate how to make Spam musubi. Singer/songwriters Mike Sawitzke and Casey Hurt provided live musical entertainment while a curated menu of food and cocktails were served from the Spamerican truck.

The coast-to-coast tour will travel across the country to popular events and feature partnerships with local chefs.  At each of the 12 stops, fans will be able to enjoy a signature recipe from chef Anderson, Spamtastic creations from local chef partners, and will get a chance to learn about Spam's history, versatility, and cultural impact. The tour will include stops in Los Angeles; San Francisco; Denver; San Antonio; Tulsa; Atlanta; Jacksonville; Nashville; Charlotte; Washington, D.C.; Philadelphia; and Chicago.
