Katsuya Expands Robata Selection
Katsuya, the Hollywood star studded sushi hangout, has expanded their robata selection and put new twists on old classics. The signature dishes are still available, but Katsuya now offers more options for vegetarian and vegan guests.
New vegetarian options on the Robata menu include zucchini with sesame yuzu soy; asparagus with yuzu aioli; maitake mushrooms with wafu sauce; a spicy sweet corn with shishimi citrus butter and eggplant with a miso glaze.
Other vegetarian dishes include the mushroom nabe with assorted mushrooms, sake broth and shishito butter; charred broccolini; pickled cucumber with sesame seeds; crispy rice topped with avocado, scallions and truffle oil and avocado, cucumber and vegetable rolls.
Other non-vegetarian standouts include the yellowtail sashimi with jalapeno; the signature spicy tuna with grilled sushi rice; sizzling prime rib eye with mushrooms and truffle butter and the miso glazed black cod.
Happy Hour is also offered every day from 5-7:30pm and Mondays 5-Close.
