Dallas' Deep Ellum Arts Festival Returns For Its 23rd Year

The 23rd annual Deep Ellum Arts Festival takes place from Friday, April 7, through Sunday, April 9. Voted "Best Festival in Dallas" by local pools and ranked by participating artists among the top 50 arts festivals in the nation, the festival adds new musical elements to this year's iteration.

The event features dozens of activities for the foodie, music-lover, and art enthusiast in everyone. Festival restaurants and concessionaires will serve a variety of culinary delights throughout the evening. In the Deep Ellum Texas Village, the trendy restaurants will serve samples of their most popular items for sale.

This year's festival is as diverse as ever, with dozens of concessionaires serving new delights; more than 200 juried fine artists, including surrealist Jason Brueck and canvas and metal artist Vic Lee; a pet parade; and performances by indie-pop rockers Northern National, local award-winning star Sam Lao, and more.
