You're Eating Chicken Wings Wrong
Chicken wings, especially when they're deep-fried and covered in Buffalo sauce, are one of the most delicious foods on earth (and arguably the best game day snack of all time). But admit it: they can be a little tricky to eat. Because they're mostly bones, skin, and fat, getting a substantial bite can sometimes be a little tricky, and you could end up abandoning the wing when there's still plenty of good meat on there. So what's the best way to get to the meat?
Easy: Remove the obstacles. Before you take your first bite, grab hold of the top of both bones with two hands and pull. The smaller bone should pop off pretty easily; just twist and slide it out and you'll be left with a wing that's about a thousand times easier to eat than it was before.
And another tip: If you're looking to seriously cut down on the amount of fat and calories that you'll be consuming during your next wing binge, just peel off the layer of skin and fat covering the top of the wing (you can do the same with the "drumette" portion as well). We promise that it'll taste exactly the same as it did before.
