The opening of Willa Jean Bakery where I get to cook with chefs Kelly Fields and Lisa White. It's going to be a pretty cool spot.

Smoked tea duck from Masterpiece located on Buford Highway in Atlanta.
If you were a float in a parade, what would you be?
A pool, clothing optional, with a wet bar.

Nothing is in my way.

Permits (Matt is about to open a new restaurant in Dallas called Filament).

I'm fine with it but hate flash.

Shut up, put your head down, and cook your ass off. Don't worry about what other people are doing.
