Eat And Drink Your Way Around The World
Eat and drink your way around the world with only one trip to Walt Disney World's 17th Annual EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival Sept. 28 through Nov. 12 in Orlando, Fla.
Some 30 beverages and foods are represented at the festival, including tapas, worldly wines, and more. This year the festival introduces a new VIP Access Chef Tour, a behind-the-scenes culinary tour.
The EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival also includes the 3-D Disney's Dessert Discovery, where for $60 guests will get to try various desserts and liqueurs, as well as culinary demonstrations with Jacques Torres working with pastry on Sept. 29, Cat Cora preparing scallops on Oct. 2 and 3, and Jamie Deen preparing beef dishes on Oct. 6, each ranging from $11 to $14. Prices are in addition to park admission.
Robert Irvine is hosting Kitchen Memories, demonstrating how to prepare a three-course meal on Oct. 26. Wine is paired with each course.
Other events include mixology seminars, Party for the Senses, which offers international cuisine along with musical and theatrical performances for around $145 a person, and wine and beverage seminars for $15 and under per person. Special food and beverages for children are also on offer including cheese fondue and beef empanadas.
