Quidditch Pong: The Ultimate Way To Play Beer Pong
If you've ever been in the middle of a game of beer pong only to find that you're bored out of your mind, you're not alone. Beer pong is cool when you're a freshman in college, but once you've reached your final semester, you may realize there are better ways to spend your time.
If you're not quite ready to let go of your glory days, we've come across a new and improved (and magical) way to play the game: Quidditch Pong.
Calling all Harry Potter lovers; there is now a way to celebrate Harry and all of his glory, while simultaneously getting tipsy. Here's how it works.
The rules are very similar to your average game of pong, except that there are three Quidditch Rings involved. To play, set the three Quidditch Rings between the two sets of cups, and place a "Snitch Cup" to the side. From there, the rules are the same as original beer pong, but making a cup through a hoop or the Snitch Cup will give you bonuses. If a player makes a cut through a hoop or into the Snitch Cup, it's a one cup bonus. You cannot block a shot using your hands — as you do in your regular pong — but you can, however, use the Quidditch bats that are provided in the set available for purchase.
The good news? You can party and cheers to Harry Potter at the same time. The bad news? The game is so popular, there's a waiting list for the premade set.
If you're a loyal Harry Potter fan, though, you'll put your name on the list and patiently wait for the magic to arrive. Otherwise, just turn on the movies, get creative, and make a drinking game out of those. Cheers to Hogwarts!
