Ponte Winery Offers One Of The Best Food And Wine Experiences In The Temecula Valley

Traveling is an escape from reality, and finding amazing restaurants when we travel is a priority. We took our first trip to Temecula this month to experience the wines and foods of the Temecula Valley. Ponte Winery is situated in the heart of wine country, where it captured our hearts during our tasting, tour, and lunch at its lovely outdoor restaurant. The charm of Ponte Winery pulls you in from the moment you walk through the front doors and carries throughout. The gentle breezes from the vineyards complemented the low-key, down-to-earth setting and amazing views.

The food was delectable and I loved that the menu, offering food options for everyone, was just as welcoming as the winery itself. Ponte Winery's restaurant provides a relaxed ambiance, but don't let that fool you into thinking you'll be getting standard fare. Quite the opposite, you'll find the menu full of creative twists on classics that don't go so far that you can't recognize anything on the menu. Instead the menu provides high-quality bites, and the staff is willing to customize to your liking, which I always appreciate with my food allergies. My personal wine recommendations: Ponte's Beverino alongside a light lunch; and a lovely port to finish off the meal.
