Dogfish Head Adds Beer-Centric Foods

As if we didn't love Dogfish Head enough, the brewery just announced that it will be adding a new lineup of "beer-centric" foods as well. 

The brewery will sell Han's All-Natural beer brats, Hard-Tack chowder infused with 60-Minute IPA, and "the Hop Pickle" on location at the brewery; the beer brats and chowder will also be sold in select stores in New York and Virginia, and the Hop Pickle will be sold nationwide. And yes, all the foods will be at Dogfish Head's brand-new food truck, dubbed Bunyan's Lunchbox — parked at its Milton, Del., brewery starting today, according to a release. 

And yes, all the foods sound drool-worthy. The Spicy Espresso Brats are infused with Dogfish Head's Chicory Stout, the Greek Feta Brat and the Heirloom Italian Brat are made with Dogfish Head's Midas Touch, and the original bratwurst is made with the legendary Raison D'Etre brew from Dogfish Head. So, if you weren't getting enough beer-infused foods on your own, you know can have them from Dogfish Head — we'll take it. 

At Dogfish Head's brewery, a menu of beer-centric eats will be available Tuesday through Saturday from Bunyan's Lunchbox. In the coming weeks, all food products will be available to-go from both the brewery and nearby brewpub, Dogfish Head Brewings & Eats in Rehoboth Beach, Del. The chowder and pickles are also available at www.dogfish.com.
