The Docket To Open In Downtown St. Louis This Fall

The Docket, a new café and bistro in downtown St. Louis, will be opening on North Tucker Boulevard at the Saint Louis University School of Law this fall according to Sauce Magazine.

The Docket will be managed and operated by Bon Appetit Management Co. and will feature items from breakfast drinks, like specialty coffee drinks and hand-squeezed juices, to flat breads and wood-fired pizzas. Essential to any college town of course is a bar, and The Docket is no exception; the restaurant will feature cocktails, beers, and other drinks, aiming to use local ingredients.

You're probably thinking that this will just be another college campus dive, but the joint will focus on sustainability, using local and seasonal sources as much as possible, as well as using original recipes.

The Docket will not just be open to college students, despite its location. It will be open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and can seat over 100 inside and about 72 people outside. And at the very least, you'll certainly run into some interesting conversation amidst bustling potential lawyers who need a coffee fix.
