'Dat Eye Opener
Down south, New Orleans offers distinctive and indigenous world famous cuisine. We've replaced typical red tomato juice with green tomato juice and added local Creole seasonings.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 ounce vodka
- 3 ounce green tomato bloody mary mix
- ounce pickled okra
- 1 1/2 cup green tomato juice
- 3/4 ounce lemon juice
- 3/4 ounce lime juice
- 1 tablespoon horesradish
- 1/4 ounce worcestershire
- 1/4 ounce green tabasco
- 1/4 ounce creole seasoning
- pinch of salt
- pinch of pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoon salt
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon cayenne pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 tablespoon dried thyme
Directions
- Method: Combine ingredients in a mixing glass. Add ice, and pour into rocks glass. Garnish with pickled okra.
- Green Tomato Juice: Core and quarter green tomatoes. Cook tomatoes in salted boiling water for 3 minutes and then immediately transfer to ice bath. Process tomatoes in a blender and strain out solids.
