Creamy Italian Pasta Salad
The creaminess in this recipe isn't as bad as you think. Only ½ cup of mayonnaise is added to the dressing, along with Italain dressing, mustard, and lemon juice, for a silky and flavorful dressing.

Ingredients
- 1 pound rotini pasta
- 1 cup italian dressing
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 6 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoon mustard
- 2 cup chopped cucumber
- 1/2 cup chopped celery
- 1 cup sliced black olives
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 2 cup chopped cooked chicken
- salt and pepper, to taste
- pinch of paprika (optional)
Directions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Heavily salt the water and stir in the pasta. Cook 1 minute past al dente. Rinse with cold water, and set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine warm pasta with all other ingredients, stir until well mixed. Serve at room temperature or chilled.
