Eataly Celebrates Summer Solstice With A Sips Of Summer Party
Eataly NYC Downtown knows how to celebrate summer. The venue is hosting a Sips of Summer party on Thursday, June 21st from 6-8pm that celebrates all things Italian and summer combines.
The two-hour unlimited tasting event will include chilled bubbles , rosé, and seasonal Eatalian cocktails and bites such as rose sorbetto, crostini with avocado mousse and salmon, focaccia with ricotta and fig. And since it isn't an Italian summer without a spritz, the creative mixology team has created an Aperol watermelon spritz that is sure to cool you off? Still on a mule kick? They've got you covered with the Montenegro mule, made with Amaro Montenegro.
As guests stroll through the various stations, local producers and Eataly experts will be on hand to answer any questions on pairings, flavors and more.
The location is also introducing a daily Chilled Happy Hour from 5-7pm, which will include specials at the venue's exclusive restaurants Vino e Grana, La Pizza & La Pasta, and Osteria della Pace. Getting out early every Friday? Spend your summer Friday at their weekly snack session from 1-5pm. Cocktails and wines are available for $8 and can be paired with $8 snacks. Hit up their live demos at the city's premiere cooking school Foodiversita for free live cooking and cocktail demos to really take your summer to the next level.
