- 2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 cup shredded seedless cucumber
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- salt and pepper, to taste
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and mix thoroughly. Keep refrigerated for at least 4 hours before serving.
