- 2 cup wheat-free tamari*
- 1 cup organic sugar
- 10 cloves garlic, smashed
- 2 tablespoon smashed ginger
- 1 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
- Whisk all of the wet ingredients together, and then add the dry ingredients. Marinate protein in a large Ziploc bag for at least 4 hours. If using beef, marinate overnight.
