Ingredients
  • 2 cup wheat-free tamari*
  • 1 cup organic sugar
  • 10 cloves garlic, smashed
  • 2 tablespoon smashed ginger
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
Directions
  1. Whisk all of the wet ingredients together, and then add the dry ingredients. Marinate protein in a large Ziploc bag for at least 4 hours. If using beef, marinate overnight.
