Thanksgiving leftover turkey casserole

Ingredients
  • 2 cup prepared stuffing
  • 4 cup cooked turkey
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup whole berry cranberry sauce
  • 2 cup prepared mashed potatoes
  • 1 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup french's® caramelized crispy fried onions
Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Spray 8-inch baking dish with no-stick cooking spray.
  3. Spoon in 2 cups stuffing, then top with turkey.
  4. Combine 1/4 cup mayonnaise with cranberry sauce; evenly spread over turkey.
  5. Combine remaining 1/2 cup mayonnaise, potatoes, ½ cup Crispy Onions and 1 cup cheese in large bowl.
  6. Evenly spread on turkey.
  7. Bake 35 minutes or until heated through.
  8. Top with remaining cheese and onions and bake 5 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
  9. Garnish, if desired, with dried cranberries.
