Ingredients
- 12 ounce medium noodles
- 1 (16-ounce) container cottage cheese
- 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream
- 5 eggs
- 1 vanilla sugar
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 - 1/2 cup oil
Directions
- Cook noodles; drain.
- In large bowl, combine noodles with remaining kugel ingredients (not the topping).
- Mix well.
- Combine topping ingredients and sprinkle over noodle mixture.
- Bake in a nine- by 13-inch pan at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for about one hour or until top is golden.
