Instant Pot BBQ Asian-Style Chicken Wings

Ingredients
  • 12 pieces chicken wings
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 onion sliced
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoon grated ginger
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Pour soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, garlic, sriracha sauce, sliced onion and black pepper in a bowl.
  2. Mix well.
  3. Add chicken wings to the sauce and marinate for 1 hour.
  4. Put the chicken wings with the sauce in the Instant Pot.
  5. Cook at high pressure for 10 minutes.
  6. After cooking ends, wait for a natural pressure release.
  7. Serve your chicken wings hot, with your favorite dipping sauce!
