Making Nutella at home actually isn't as hard as you might think. All you need: hazelnuts, cocoa powder, vanilla extract, powdered sugar, salt, coconut oil, and mini chocolate chips. Most of these items are staple pantry ingredients, so you won't have to worry about going to the grocery store to get them. To start, pulse the hazelnuts in your food processor until they reach the consistency of peanut butter. Add in the rest of your pantry ingredients, pulse some more, and you'll have delicious nutty "Nutella" that you made at home.
Homemade Nutella is a great addition to cookies, cake, and pancakes, or you can just enjoy it with a few crackers.
