Ingredients
- 1/4 cup peter pan® creamy peanut butter
- 4 slices cinnamon swirl bread
- 1 banana, sliced
- 2 tablespoon parkay® original spread-tub
Directions
- Heat large skillet over medium heat.
- Meanwhile, spread peanut butter on one side of each bread slice.
- Place banana evenly over 2 slices; top with remaining bread slices, peanut butter-side down.
- Spread outsides of each sandwich with Parkay.
- Place in skillet; cook 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
- Cut in half to serve.
