- 2 (10-ounce) containers cherry tomatoes
- 2 (8-ounce) containers fresh mozzarella ciliegine
- 30 fresh basil leaves
- 2 tablespoon lidl preferred selection balsamic glaze, classic
- 1/2 teaspoon lidl preferred selection mediterranean sea salt
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- Set a small bowl in the center of a 12-inch plate (for toothpicks) and arrange the larger basil leaves in concentric circles, allowing leaves to hang over the plate edge.
- Set aside remaining leaves for garnish.
- Drain mozzarella and place on paper towel to remove excess moisture.
- Arrange tomatoes and mozzarella on the plate to form a wreath.
- Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Drizzle balsamic glaze over wreath.
- Garnish with remaining basil leaves.
