It will prepare a rotisserie cooked turkey up to 16 pounds featuring the meat department's special secret rub of garlic, white pepper, paprika and salt. Prepared turkeys are available first come, first served. The kitchen crew starts cooking at 4 a.m. Thanksgiving morning to get prepared and customers may select a Frenso-based Zacky Farms all-natural, 100-percent turkey or a free-range Diestel Turkey Ranch bird from Northern California. Chef Joe Loreto and his son and daughter cook a deep-fried whole turkey that is perfectly juicy for your Thanksgiving meal.
