The Barn At Bedford Post Inn Is Open, Campagna To Follow

The Barn at Bedford Post Inn, with chef Michael White, executive chef PJ Calapa, chef de cuisine Devin Bozkaya and the Altamarea Group, officially opens for service today, September 15.

Originally purchased in 2007 by actor Richard Gere, the eighteenth-century barn and farmhouse has since undergone careful renovations; chef White confirmed in March that Altamarea group would take over the culinary direction of both the private event space (the Barn) and the inn's restaurant (the Farmhouse).

The Barn's eagerly anticipated reopening follows a fresh redesign of the interior, a new bar, and an expanded upstairs dining area.  

The menu at The Barn, from the same team that brought you the Michelin-rated Marea and Ai Fiori, is dedicated to "casual country chic dining," including highlights like locally sourced baked eggs, Cappelletti pasta, branzino, and chef White's legendary White Label Burger.

Later this fall, the Farmhouse will reopen as Campagna, joining the Altamarea Group's portfolio to serve more of the seasonal, upscale Italian cuisine that the group is known for.
