Ingredients
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce
  • 2 cup almond milk
  • 1-2 teaspoon matcha powder
  • 1-2 teaspoon honey
Directions
  1. Add all ingredients to the blender and blend until smooth. I love this smoothie because it’s one of many takes on a green tea latte. The matcha powder is smooth, earthy, and slightly bitter, and balances beautifully with sweet bananas and honey. If you don’t have matcha powder on hand, brew two cups of green tea and chill in the fridge, Use this in place of the almond milk and then throw in ¼ cup of almonds (or the nut of your choice).
