Trevor contributed to his college newspaper at the University of Central Florida, where he reviewed the local food scene in Orlando. He organized and led writing workshops throughout his degree program at UCF. He has worked in kitchens and classrooms for nearly two decades. He was a writer for an SEO marketing company based in St. Petersburg, Florida — The HOTH — where he focused on food journalism. Trevor's extensive background in writing and experience in the culinary world are put to good use at Daily Meal, where both of his passions converge in weekly articles.
Education
Trevor has a bachelor's degree in English Creative Writing from the University of Central Florida. In college, he was an editorial intern for The Florida Review, a literary magazine that publishes prose, poetry, and graphic narrative from emerging and established writers.
