Olivia's passion for food first began when she became the President of Spoon University—UConn chapter, and has since then spiraled into a career. She has vast interview experience as a professional writer with many notable food moguls, including Antoni Porowski, Alton Brown, Katie Lee Biegel, and Andrew Zimmern. Olivia often attends food and beverage events and reviews restaurants (like Gordon Ramsay's Times Square restaurant). She thoroughly enjoys home cooking, and has certainly put the tips she's learned from celebrity chefs to good use.
Education
Olivia has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications and Political Science from the University of Connecticut. She has completed several journalism and mass communication courses that have made her well-versed in media and news.
