Experience
Karl left the world of advertising over a decade ago to pursue a crazy dream that involved lots of beer and barbecue. In 2013, he produced and starred in his own TV series called "Beer Country." The series explored South Africa's craft beer and open-fire cooking culture and aired on various channels and streaming services worldwide. Since then he has worked as a freelance food and beverage writer and recipe developer. He has just released his third recipe book and is currently working on his fourth.
Education
Karl graduated from Vega School in 2007. He has a Bachelor of Arts specializing in copywriting.
