Ashley has been writing for various sites for about 6 years now. Her writing career sparked at Spoon University, where she eventually acted as Editorial Director for the National chapter, before taking on other writing roles. For a short while, she contributed work to spoiledNYC, until she started writing for NYCPlugged, where she has continued to cover lifestyle events in NYC, typically with a food or drink angle.
Education
Ashley graduated from SUNY Albany with a BA in Communications and Rhetoric and a minor in English. From classes in television to journalism to writing, she has learned how to formulate ideas, give people information they want, and do so in a cohesive, and intriguing manner.
