From a young age, Antonia Georgiou has exhibited her dedication to both writing and baking, passions that have coalesced in her published works. At the age of 18, she had her first piece of writing published — a poem she penned for an independent British film. An ardent vegan, she loves nothing more than putting a plant-based twist onto traditional recipes. In addition to Daily Meal, she has written for Nicki Swift, The F Word, New Socialist (where she was also culture editor), The Things, Vegan Feminist Network, and Mookychick.
Education
Antonia has a degree in English literature from Queen Mary University of London and a Postgraduate Certificate in Education from University College London.
