Experience
Amberly's love for writing sparked in second grade when she was sent by her school to a state writing conference. She began writing for a celebrity gossip blog as a preteen and started a small newspaper to send out to family. Her first official writing job was as a reporter at a local newspaper, in which she quickly worked her way up to managing editor. Just before starting her work with Mashed, she was a content writer for a large kitchen supply company.
