Amanda's first writing gig had her reviewing bars and clubs throughout New York City. It was during this time that she developed a love for food and drink culture. She has been writing about food for over 12 years and dreaming about it long before that. Her work has taken her everywhere, from the hills of Tuscany to the outermost boroughs in New York. She has written for a variety of publications, including Bella Magazine, where she serves as the Food & Travel Editor, Wine4Food, Time Out, Eat This Not That, and Beyondish, to name a few.
Education
Amanda received her bachelor's degree from Wheaton College, MA, where she studied psychobiology and Hispanic studies. She went on to receive her master's in professional writing from New York University.
