  • Adam helped research and ghostwrite a self-help book for a prominent LA-based therapist in 2021 ("Wired for Happiness"), which included suggestions for healthy eating and lifestyle choices.
  • Having seen nearly every episode of 'Chopped,' he once ranked the show's main judges based on who he'd most like to cook with.
  • He is obsessed with Crown Royal whiskey, so much so that he featured it prominently in a novel he wrote.

Experience

Adam is a passionate essayist and storyteller who lives to write. He spent more than a decade in the human services field after college, working with adults with developmental disabilities and mental health issues, which included providing nutrition and cooking lessons to countless individuals. After losing his second parent at age 29, he decided it was time to professionally pursue his true love: writing. His innate talent for conversational expertise allows him to write about highly technical, complicated topics in an accessible, easy-to-understand manner. He's written several screenplays as well as one novel, and is currently completing his second. He is a connoisseur of all things Taco Bell, views his Instant Pot as an extra appendage in the kitchen, and has spent years perfecting his Nana's Polish tea cookie and butterball recipes.

Education

Adam spent four years studying sociology at Tufts University. He played defensive line for the Jumbo football team, and he was a member of the Delta Upsilon fraternity while at Tufts, as well.
