- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ⁄3 cup pecans
- 2 ounce blue cheese
- 3 ounce cheddar cheese
- 8 ounce neufchâtel cheese
- 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
- 1 ⁄8 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
- 1 ⁄4 cup fresh parsley
- Add pecans to food processor and secure lid. Pulse 3–5 times or until finely chopped. Pour onto flat surface.
- Add all other ingredients to food processor and secure lid. Combine for 10–15 seconds or until ingredients are incorporated.
- Remove mixture from food processor and form a ball. Roll ball in pecans.
- Cover with plastic, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Let stand at room temperature for at least 30 minutes before serving.
