All-You-Can-Eat Paella Party Arrives In Brooklyn
Brooklynites, rejoice! Edible Brooklyn and the Brooklyn Brewery are planning a giant, "roll up your sleeves"-style, all-you-can-eat paella fest for June 26.
The evening will feature cooking by Nick Suarez, the owner and chef of the Backyard Cooking Company, and Theo Peck, the owner of Peck's.
Your $40 ticket price gets you as much of the "chicken, chorizo, piquillo peppers, saffron, mussels and cockles paella with aioli sauce" as you can eat, not to mention lots of side dishes, crusty bread to mop up your paella broth, and cans of Brooklyn Brewery beer to with which to wash it all down.
This fiesta will be at the Brooklyn Brewery in Williamsburg from 6-9 p.m. on Wednesday, June 26. Tickets are $40—with 30% off if you're an Edible subscriber! You can buy tickets here.
