'50 Shades Of Grey' Seattle Condos For Sale

Who wouldn't want to live the tantalizing lives of Christian Grey and Anastasia Steele? Turns out, you can — the Seattle condos featured in the hit trilogy, 50 Shades of Grey, are now for sale. 

The books are based in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, Zillow reports — home to the swanky Escala penthouses, where Anastasia and Christian... well, you know. How do our favorite characters eat, drink, and live? Pretty swanky, indeed: with building amenities like a private dining room (and another dining area that can fit 140 hungry guests), a private spa, gym + yoga room, theater room, and dog run, it's enviable for fictional and nonfictional real estate fanatics alike. 

And yes, the featured penthouses are gaining more and more attention from Grey fans. Escala's director of sales Erik Mehr told Zillow that beginning a year ago, Grey fans would call asking for the penthouse layout descriptions, and stop by open houses. Still, he says, you can't blame them — the building is the most "opulent" building you can find in Seattle, a perfect home for Christian Grey. 

Scrolling through the pictures makes us drool a bit — grand staircases, rustic-chic dining rooms complete with chandeliers, state-of-the-art kitchens, incredible views — but we're sure Grey fans are hoping for different kinds of amenities at the penthouses. (The cost for one starts at $400,000, but can be custom-fitted for a hefty price tag — $4 to $6 million.) Can't afford the real deal? Recreate the triology with a 50 Shades of Grey-themed dinner, or hit up one of Seattle's sexy wine bars to kick off the mood.
