We're here to change that. This year, we're going all in with our Cinco de Mayo celebration by not only feasting on authentic and delicious Mexican dishes, but only ones that have five ingredients, or less.
We know, it's a little silly, but if you look at it from a non-judgmental point of view, you'll see that what we're offering are fast, easy, and simple recipes for you to whip up for this year's celebration. If you're a salsa nut but can't stand it when tomatoes are out of season (which is the case in May, just so you know), then you'll love this spicy jalapeño and kiwi salsa. Is it not Cinco de Mayo without some tacos? Try these easy pork carnitas tacos that come together with just, you guessed, five ingredients. These recipes are delicious, they're easy, and they're all in the spirit of our dear neighbor Mexico, so we're sure you'll love them. Join us this year and celebrate Cinco de Mayo with these five-ingredient recipes.
