What is for dinner? That's question that inevitably confronts home cooks in the middle of the week. True, Mondays may be the toughest day for working stiffs, but Wednesdays are the true tests for home cooks because it's all too easy to get caught in a rut. And one of the easiest things to make, but one of the most challenging to freshen up, is chicken.
We've all been there — it's almost the weekend again and you're almost off the hook, and you just need a few good ideas to get you through the rest of the week.
