The pickle-flavored potato chips are a collaboration between potato chip brand Utz and Grillo's Pickles. The chip flavor was announced back in May 2022, and it seems like Costco has been selling the chips for a while, according to a Reddit thread. But the snack has recently caught on thanks to social media, and one TikTok particular video showcasing the product has gone viral. Best of all, the dill pickle chips are affordable as well.

The Utz Grillo's Pickle Potato Chips come in 1.25-pound bags and sell for $4.69 at Costco, according to Allrecipes. Target sells the chips in a smaller 7.75-ounce bag for $4.59. Although cheaper at Target, Costco's version gives you a much better bang for your buck. The chips' online popularity seems to directly translate to its sales, so you might need to run to your nearest Costco, as the chips may eventually sell out. Target is currently sold out of the flavor, but they're available in 6-count and 14-count packs on the Utz website.
Grillo's Pickles is a Costco favorite
It may not be a surprise for some that the recent collaboration between Utz and Grillo's Pickles is a hit. Grillo's calls its pickles the "world's best pickle" and it seems like it's also a popular brand with Costco shoppers as well. Grillo's Pickles comes in giant 52-ounce buckets at Costco, which have also been a hot item on TikTok. The hashtag #grillospickles garnered more than 37 million views.
Among hundreds of videos under the hashtag are clips of people reviewing the buckets available at Costco. In one viral video, one TikToker hilariously rated the pickle "120/120." Grillo's Pickles are also beloved by Reddit users, where in one Reddit thread, many said it's the best pickles they ever had. One user had a genius tip on how to use the leftover pickle juice.
