Sautéed Garlic Broccolini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 pound broccolini
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon
Directions
  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, add the olive oil, then add in the minced garlic. Sautée for about 1 minute.
  2. Add the broccolini, salt, and pepper. Sautée for 10 minutes, until the broccolini is bright green and tender.
  3. Add lemon juice, and sautée for 1 minute. Remove from the heat, and serve.
