Greek-Style Roasted Potatoes Recipe

Ingredients
2 pounds baby potatoes, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon dried oregano
½ teaspoon garlic powder
the juice of 2 lemons
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 F. In a large bowl, add the potatoes, olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano, garlic powder, and lemon juice.
Stir the potatoes well in order to fully coat them in the seasonings.
Pour potatoes on a large baking sheet. Spread evenly. Bake for 40 to 50 minutes.
