Ingredients
  • 3 slices bacon, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 bunch collard greens, stem removed and diced
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
Directions
  1. Sauté bacon in a large saute pan until crisp.
  2. Add olive oil and garlic and cook for one minute.
  3. Add collard greens, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to the pan. Sauté until greens are tender, about 10 to 15 minutes.
