If you want the perfect mouth-watering photo to post on social media to brag about your trip to the west coast, this "secret menu" item is absolutely not the option to pick from In-N-Out. The Flying Dutchman is lacking buns, and there's no lettuce, tomatoes, and no onions. It's just beef and cheese. If that sounds like your ideal "burger," then go for it.
