Ingredients
1 cup parsley, chopped
¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
1 shallot, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
Stir well, and serve over steak or veggies. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
