Ingredients
  • 1 cup parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 shallot, diced
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ⅛ teaspoon red pepper flakes
Directions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl.
  2. Stir well, and serve over steak or veggies. Leftovers will keep in the fridge for 2 to 3 days.
