Ingredients
  • 6 slices brioche bread, cut into chunks
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F.
  2. Grease a pan and fill it with the bread chunks.
  3. Pour the melted butter over the bread.
  4. Combine the milk, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla in a bowl.
  5. Pour the mixture over the bread.
  6. Bake the bread pudding for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
