Ingredients
6 slices brioche bread, cut into chunks
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 cups milk
3 eggs, beaten
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions
Preheat the oven to 350 F.
Grease a pan and fill it with the bread chunks.
Pour the melted butter over the bread.
Combine the milk, eggs, cinnamon, cloves, and vanilla in a bowl.
Pour the mixture over the bread.
Bake the bread pudding for 45 minutes or until golden brown.
