Ingredients
  • 1-pound pork tenderloin
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • ½ tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
  1. Preheat the oven to 450 F.
  2. Pat the pork tenderloin dry. Line a baking sheet with foil, and place the tenderloin on the prepared baking sheet.
  3. Combine the olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, rosemary, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl. Spread evenly over the tenderloin.
  4. Roast for 10 minutes, then reduce temperature to 375 F, and roast for another 15 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 140 F.
  5. Rest for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
