Creamy Homemade Hummus Recipe

Ingredients
⅓ cup tahini
¼ cup lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 small garlic clove, minced
½ teaspoon ground cumin
¼ teaspoon salt
1 (14-ounce can) chickpeas, drained
Directions
Puree the tahini with the lemon juice in a blender for 1 minute.
Add the olive oil, garlic, cumin, and salt to the blender and puree the mixture for 30 seconds.
Add the chickpeas to the rest of the ingredients and blend for another minute or 2, adding 1-2 tablespoons of water if necessary.
Serve the hummus with an additional drizzle of olive oil, paprika, or sumac.
