Cook Time:
15 minutes
Servings:
12 sliders
Ingredients
  • 1 12-count package of Hawaiian dinner rolls
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • ½ pound sliced ham
  • ¼ pound sliced Swiss cheese
  • 1 stick salted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons stone-ground mustard
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ teaspoon dried minced onion
  • ½ teaspoon poppy seeds
Directions
  1. Slice the pack of rolls in half through the middle. Spread the mayo onto the top and bottom halves of the rolls.
  2. Place the bottom half into a baking dish, and then layer the ham, then Swiss cheese on top. Top with the other roll half.
  3. Mix together the melted butter, sugar, stone-ground mustard, Worcestershire sauce, and dried minced onion.
  4. Pour over the constructed rolls evenly, then top with poppy seeds.
  5. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours or overnight.
  6. After chilling in the refrigerator, preheat the oven to 350 F. Cut the sliders in the baking dish so that they are easier to remove once cooked.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown. Serve immediately.
